Refund policy

We hope you’re delighted with your Iskah Wraps order. Should something not feel quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• All labels and tags must still be attached.
• Please include the original packaging whenever possible.
• Personalised products and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Make a Return

Contact us before sending your item so we can provide the return instructions and address.

Please package the product carefully to prevent damage during transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
